Nutritional Kale
Kale is a nutrition superstar due to the amounts of vitamins A, K and C, calcium, potassium, iron and manganese it contains. Combine it with Nutritional yeast which is a complete protein, helps with digestion, is high in fiber and loaded with B vitamins and you have a super food!
This recipe is super easy, healthy and delicious!
10 cups of kale, washed and torn
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place washed kale in a large bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice and massage to soften the kale.
Add the nutritional yeast (and salt if desired) and mix together
