Asian Glazed Chicken
This chicken is moist, healthy, and so easy to make.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl whisk vinegar, soy sauce and honey until well blended.
In a large non-stick skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Brown chicken on both sides.
Add garlic and ginger to skillet and cook while stirring for one minute.
Place chicken in a large baking pan and cover with vinegar mixture.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
